Who are the Builders?

Matt Adam has hand-selected a premier team of seven builders that are known for their commitment and history of building quality homes.  Mills Crossing will offer homes exclusively built by: Braklow Custom Homes, Bickimer Homes, Covenant Custom Homes, Estes Custom Homes, J.S.  Robinson Fine Homes, Todd Hill Homes and Woodbridge Custom Homes. 

How many total homes will be built in Mills Crossing?

The Master Plan is designed for 54 luxury single-family homes.  Phase 1 will begin construction in Spring 2015 and will consist of 26 home sites.  Walk-out, daylight, greenbelt, and cul-de-sac lots are available.  Phases 2 & 3 will sequentially begin construction as the previous Phase nears completion.

What is the price range of homes in Mills Crossing?

Homes will start in the mid-$500’s.  The largest portion of homes are anticipated to average in price from the mid-$600’s to $800’s.  Luxury custom built homes could extend into the $900’s.  (Price ranges include lot price.)

How many floor plans will be offered?

The answer is “many”!  Each builder has their own personal portfolio of innovative architectural house plans which include: 1.5 Story, Reverse 1.5 Story, and 2 Story designs.  The builders can also work with you to design and build the custom home of your dreams!

To protect the integrity and ambiance of Mills Crossing, each home’s architectural design, exterior building materials and exterior improvements, including landscaping, are subject to the approval of the Design Review Committee.  Architectural design and landscaping accents ensure community continuity and value over time. 

What amenities will Mills Crossing offer?

Entering the subdivision, a stately cabana house welcomes you to the Community Pavilion.  At the Pavilion, residents will enjoy an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a covered gathering area with bistro tables and lounge-type seating, as well as, swimming pools.  Further into the subdivision, a quaint footbridge can be seen arching and crossing the green space.  For anyone who likes to take walks or ride bikes, the bridge will provide an easy and serene way for homeowners to access other areas of Mills Crossing. 

What schools will children in Mills Crossing attend?

Mills Crossing is located within the award winning Blue Valley School District.  Children will attend: Timber Creek Elementary School, Aubry Bend Middle School, and Blue Valley Southwest High School.
